Loyalty Club Terms of Service

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

  • The Blac Fig Loyalty Club Loyalty Club is operated by Blac Fig Pty Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Club, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

  • The Loyalr Club Card is only valid at our Sandy Bay Store in Tasmania.


How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  • All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Loyalty Club, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from the Blac Fig store and activate your Loyalty Card online.

  • Upon making a purchase at our store, present your card at the check out to be scanned and the purchase will be allocated to your account and Store Credit accrued. 


Using your Loyalty Card

  • All members are required to register their details to their New Card. Details include Name, Surname, Valid Email, Address and Phone Number. 

  • To accrue Loyalty Credits, members must present their activated Loyalty Card at the checkout each time when making a purchase before payment to accrue Reward Points


How do I redeem my Rewards?

  • Upon each Purchase, you will have the ability to enquire about your Store Credit Total. Redeem all or part of your accrued points by advising the checkout operator before paying. Our friendly cashiers will advise you of the balance and you will have the option to redeem the available store credit on any purchase. 

  • There are no restrictions on what you can use that Store Credit to purchase in store. 


Points Expiry

  • Store Credit accrued to an Account that remains un-redeemed for a period of 12 months will be automatically forfeited or donated to our Pay It Forward Program or Charity of our Choice

  • On the first day of each month all points older than 12 months will expire

  • All accounts with no accrued points activity within the previous 12 months will be closed and points forfeited. 

  • Expired points will be awarded to our Pay It Forward Program which supports those in need within our community and surrounds. 


Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.

  • Loyalty Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card points.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your Loyalty Club membership in our Loyalty Club if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • We may discontinue our Loyalty Card(s) in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at

  • We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.
